DONGWHA ELECTROLYTE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Process Technician in Senai, Johor. This full-time role supports our manufacturing operations, performing process tasks, equipment operation, data collection and quality checks to maintain efficient production.

The technician will contribute to safety, 5S practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and grow with us.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing process.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
SPM/STPM or relevant technical certificate or diploma required.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and reliable manufacturing processes.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery and systems.
Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with the production team to implement process enhancements.
Maintain 5S and site cleanliness; ensure drums and canisters meet quality requirements.
Record and document production activities and maintain safety, health and environmental compliance.
