Job summary

FE Green PET (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Alor Gajah, Melaka seeks a Production Operations and Equipment Reliability lead to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet output, quality, safety, and delivery targets.

You will optimise machinery, supervise a production team, drive lean improvements, maintain records, and coordinate with maintenance, QA, and logistics to ensure seamless manufacturing. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum two years’ experience in manufacturing or process operations.
• Experience coordinating or supervising a production team is preferred.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.
• Monitor and optimise production machinery and processes.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and training to production staff.
• Analyse data to improve output, yield, and efficiency.
• Maintain production records, logs, and audit-ready documents.
• Coordinate packing, dispatch, and logistics with relevant teams.
