Job summary

Nefab (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd seeks a Production Process Engineer in Penang to drive peak efficiency in daily production and scheduling. You will analyze workflows, implement best practices, and lead cross-functional collaboration to meet quality and delivery targets.

This role requires hands-on production management, process control, and strong communication skills across departments. The position offers exposure to 5S, ISO 9001/14001 frameworks, and opportunities to optimize a fast-paced packaging

Qualifications

• Degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Industry Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-years’ experience in manufacturing/ operation process and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the production operations and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Handle daily production planning, job orders, material receival and documentation.
• Train and monitor production staff performance; provide technical support.
• Coordinate with customer service, sourcing, warehouse and quality on production/quality fulfilment.
• Ensure on-time delivery, stock accuracy and zero customer complaints.
