Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad is hiring a Production Planning Executive on a contract basis. The role focuses on supporting production planning, inventory management and data analysis to ensure smooth operations across departments.

Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 2+ years in manufacturing or supply chain gain an advantage. Strong Excel/Power BI skills and bilingual communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 2+ years preferred in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong Excel, Power Query and Power BI skills for data processing and reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, annual, and long-term production plans and inventory requirements.
• Update and manage production plans and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare planning documents and reports and coordinate with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Logistics to align demand and supply.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment and quality policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
