Job summary

TDK-Lambda Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Planning Assistant Officer to join our Planning team. You will help develop and maintain production schedules, coordinate materials, and ensure smooth production workflows to meet customer delivery commitments.

You will interact with procurement, quality, and logistics to resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain accurate production data, inventory, and scheduling information. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Supply Chain/related field with 2 years' experience.
• STPM/SPM holder with 5 years related working experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing processes.
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply for the position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize resources.
• Coordinate materials for production with procurement and supply chain.
• Liaise with production, quality, and logistics to resolve delays.
• Maintain records of production data, inventory, and scheduling.
• Assist capacity planning and forecasting to support growth.
• Support implementation of planning systems and tools.
• Monitor daily production progress to ensure schedule is met.
• Coordinate scheduling for pilot runs and proto runs.
• Production WIP control and shortages follow-up.
• Ensure ISO9001 and ISO14001 compliance.
