Job summary

Flex in Batu Kawan, Penang, is seeking a Planner Scheduler to support production planning and material availability. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate releases to production systems based on materials and capacity, ensuring timely fulfillment and smooth operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least six years of related experience, with metal stamping experience considered a plus. This position is based in Penang and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Prior experience in metal stamping industry would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Check order feasibility based on available resources and confirm orders.
• Prepare production plans and input planning data into the company’s integrated system.
• Monitor plan execution and take action on deviations.
• Prepare long-term plans and forecasts (MPS, Forecast).
• Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment as needed.
• Prepare KPI reports and support SCM and order desk activities.
