Job summary

Molex Singapore Pte Ltd in Gelang Patah is seeking a Production Planner to optimize production schedules and balance demand with capacity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shorten lead times and improve throughput at Local Assembly, Gelang Patah.

You will manage production scheduling, monitor plan vs actual in SAP, and drive improvements in planning processes to support on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience in production planning and output tracking.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production schedules and prioritize job orders.
• Update plan vs actual in SAP and monitor daily.
• Coordinate supplier shipments to prevent material shortages.
• Manage component and FG transfer between MXS and subcontractors.
• Coordinate stock allocation for MTO orders and shipments.
• Review BOM changes and PCN impacts on inventory.
• Support ramp up/down planning based on forecast.
