Job summary

Aveta Global Marketing Sdn Bhd in Bukit Raja, Selangor, is seeking a Production Planner to optimise manufacturing operations and ensure timely delivery. You will develop and maintain production schedules, coordinate across departments, and drive efficiency while maintaining quality and controlling costs.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of planning experience, strong ERP and Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset to work across teams in a busy manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Production Planner or similar role.
• Proficient with production planning software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and multi-priority management.
• Good communication and cross-department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand, inventory, and capacity.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and manufacturing to align timelines and resources.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze capacity constraints and suggest process improvements.
• Manage inventory and raw material requirements to support schedules.
• Prepare production reports and KPI metrics.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure schedules meet quality requirements.
• Update plans due to demand shifts or supply disruptions.
• Support scheduling tools and documentation for the team.
