BizLink Group in Penang is looking for a dedicated Production Planner to coordinate and optimize the production scheduling to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.

You will review customer POs, release work orders, provide production schedules to the shop floor, and monitor material shortages with the Buyer to confirm raw-material delivery dates. Mandarin language skills are preferred for interactions with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in business/commerce related fields; economics or administration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer PO and commit delivery dates in Sales Order Detail.
• Release Work Orders after receiving Sales Order Detail from Sales Department.
• Provide Production Schedule to production."
• Update Material Shortage Report and coordinate with Buyer for raw material delivery date.
• Issue Material Issue Notes to Warehouse for production preparation.
• Monitor WIP utilization and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Implement production planning and monitor output to meet customer requirements and delivery dates.
• Identify and address material issues; minimize reoccurrence of excesses.
• Do not create a work order without a Sales Order; do not accept pull-in when at capacity.
