Job summary

ALERON TECHNOLOGY (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Production Planner to manage shop-floor manufacturing schedules, lead times, and capacity to support production targets.

You will develop daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, ensure alignment with capacity and delivery timelines, and work with engineering, purchasing, and quality assurance to resolve disruptions. Experience with enterprise planning tools and quality systems will help ensure target adherence.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing schedules aligned with operational capacity and customer delivery timelines
• Evaluate machine loading, cycle times, and workforce availability to minimize production bottlenecks
• Maintain tight control over work-in-progress inventory levels from raw material release through final quality inspection
• Partner with cross-functional units including engineering, purchasing, and quality assurance to resolve schedule disruptions
• Utilize enterprise planning tools and quality management systems to monitor adherence to operational targets
