Job summary

• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet targets in quantity, quality and delivery deadlines.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance and warehouse teams to ensure raw material availability and proper inventory handling.
• Oversee production processes and implement improvements to boost efficiency, reduce waste and enhance output.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company quality standards across all production stages.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs and performance reports.
• Support training and supervision of production staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Address production issues promptly to maintain continuous operation.
