Job summary

AMETECH INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. in Batu Kawan, Penang seeks a Production Planner to develop and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery dates. You will coordinate with sales, admin, suppliers and production teams to ensure resources and materials are available and on time for every order.

The role involves monitoring progress, preparing daily shipping documentation when needed, and reporting milestones to management on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Strong coordination with sales, admin and suppliers.
• Ability to meet customer request dates and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Attend to work as required and fulfill production planning per customer PO.
• Fulfilling customer require date and plan with production accordingly.
• Comply with all instruction from management.
• Assist purchasing activities when needed.
• Assist daily shipment documentation (DO/Invoices) when required.
• Liaise with sales to determine customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisor on resources arrangement.
• Develop production schedule detailing tasks and deadlines to meet delivery date.
• Coordinate with admin and suppliers to ensure availability of materials and machinery.
• Monitor parts progress to follow the schedule.
• Share reports with director/related departments monthly.

Fulfilling customer require date and plan with production accordingly.

Comply to all instruction and direction from management.

Helping on purchasing activities when needed.

Helping daily shipment documentation DO/Invoice when needed.

Liaises with sales person to determine customer requirements.

Liaises with Production Supervisor on production resources arrangement.

Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet customer request date to fulfil on time delivery.

Liaises with admin, suppliers to ensure all work, materials, and machinery will be available when required.

Monitors parts progress to ensure it's following the schedule.

Shared necessary report(s) with director/related department by monthly basic.
