Job summary

Inter Island Group, a leading semiconductor manufacturer in Malaysia, is looking for motivated Production Operators to join our fabrication team in Johor Bahru. You will operate and monitor production equipment, perform assembly and inspection, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

Training will be provided to help you build a long-term career in the semiconductor industry. We offer 12-hour rotating day/night shifts in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Comfortable in a cleanroom environment and wearing cleanroom attire.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines and manufacturing equipment.
• Perform assembly, inspection, and handling of semiconductor products according to SOPs.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Conduct basic machine checks and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production operations.
