Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates without experience may be considered.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment where applicable.
• Good eyesight, attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Able to follow SOPs and work instructions accurately.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC production equipment and handle loading/unloading of workpieces.
• Polish workpieces to ensure quality finishing.
• Carry out cleaning, assembly, and packaging of workpieces.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and periodic maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all procedures within the company security policy and SOPs.
• Meet productivity requirements as needed.
• Comply with quality and operation processes, rules and regulations.
• Sustain numbers and quality per quality specifications.
• Understand processes and execute according to Supervisors’ orders.

The Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment and performing manufacturing processes according to approved SOPs, work instructions and quality requirements. The position ensures production output, product quality, safety and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate CNC production equipment and handle workpiece loading/unloading.
• Perform workpiece polishing to ensure quality finishing.
• Carry out cleaning, assembly, and packaging of workpieces.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and periodic maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedure.
• To meet productivity and requirement as needed.
• To comply with quality and operation process also rules and regulation.
• To sustain numbers and quality as per quality specification.
• Understanding Process and Execute according to Supervisors’ order
