Job summary

MKS Atotech Malaysia is seeking a Production Operator to maintain a safe, efficient manufacturing area and support daily production targets. You will report to the Production supervisor/engineer and collaborate to ensure smooth operations.

Key tasks include material verification, following safety instructions, reporting hazards, assisting with material handling, equipment cleaning, and supporting continuous improvement. Shifts and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Able to understand basic English.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, standby and overtime if necessary.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check and ensure the right type and correctly weighted raw materials are used for manufacturing.
• Follow safety practices per work instructions and procedures on manufacturing machines.
• Report hazards, accidents or defects to supervisor.
• Assist in moving raw materials and packing materials to meet process needs.
• Assist in charging raw materials and cleaning of equipment.
• Support in reducing spillage, rework and non-conforming goods.
