Production Operator - Assembler

Job summary

Mixxion Engineering in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, seeks a diligent production operator to perform part assembly and fitting of components on the shop floor. You will deburr, sand, and polish to meet finishing standards, clean and pack finished goods, and conduct basic checks on materials and parts.

Assist with loading/unloading, help identify materials, and support general production activities while maintaining a clean, safe work area; overtime and shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Basic skills in handling tools and small parts.
• Ability to use simple measuring tools (vernier calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly/inspection is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, good hand skills, and commitment to quality work.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work overtime and shifts if required.
