Job summary

Jora Malaysia is recruiting a production operator on a contract basis at our Seri Kembangan facility in Selangor. The role requires carrying out start-up, operation, and shutdown procedures while upholding SOPs and quality control.

This entry-level position is open to Malaysian citizens with the right to work and is based at Lot 2, Minlon Industrial Park. Candidates will inspect materials, handle packing, and document production parameters.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or SKM qualification.
• Malaysian citizen with the legal right to work without restrictions.
• Willing to work at Lot 2, Minlon Industrial Park, Jalan Minlon Utama, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all production start-up, operational, and shutdown procedures in accordance with SOPs, ensuring workflow, personnel movement, and material flow requirements.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of raw materials, WIP, and finished products meet specifications before next stage.
• Perform self-inspections throughout production, identify and remove foreign objects, report non-conformities to Supervisor.
• Carry out packing and cartoning activities per standards and packaging requirements.
• Ensure labels, leaflets, and packaging materials are available, correctly applied, and accurate.
• Record all production activities and environmental parameters (temperature, humidity) using prescribed docs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor per operational needs.

• Carry out all production start-up, operational, and shutdown procedures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while ensuring compliance with established workflow, personnel movement, and material flow requirements.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished products meets the required specifications before proceeding to the next production stage.
• Perform self-inspections throughout the production process, including identifying, removing, and segregating any foreign objects, and immediately report any non-conformities or abnormal conditions to the Supervisor.
• Carry out packing and cartoning activities in accordance with established standards, specifications, and packaging requirements.
• Ensure all required labels, leaflets, and packaging materials are available, correctly applied, and contain accurate information.
• Accurately record all production activities and environmental parameters, such as temperature and humidity, using the prescribed documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor from time to time in accordance with the Company's operational requirements.
