Job summary

Leeden Hercules in Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan and supervise daily production activities in a manufacturing facility in Penang. The role focuses on safety compliance, material planning, and maintaining production standards to ensure timely completion of tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum certificate and supervisory experience in manufacturing, with relevant experience considered an advantage. Training and overtime benefits are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate in relevant disciplines.
• Possess supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Relevant experience would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan production activities based on established production schedules and make daily assignment.
• Ensure Occupational, Health & Safety compliance at workplace.
• Request raw materials and consumables.
• Proper and constant maintenance works at the production plant.
• Ensure quality requirements are met.
• Ensure works are being carried out according to standard working procedures and timely completion.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports to the superior.
• Implement departmental safety programmes to ensure a safe workplace.
• Ensure proper maintenance work of production plants.
• Supervise and ensure cleanliness of the workplace.
• Foster good teamwork and working relationship among workers.
• Assist superior to manage and control inventories of spare parts.
• Responsible for the general housekeeping of the workplace.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
