Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules and coordinate production activities to meet timely delivery of products
• Work closely with procurement team to maintain sufficient stock level
• Manage and allocate manpower effectively to optimize production efficiency
• Monitor and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime
• Prepare and analyze production reports to track KPIs
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage, improve processes and product quality
• Perform on job training for production staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain food safety standards such as HACCP and GMP
