Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Production Department.
• Liaise and resolve daily production issues and orders with other departments.
• Ensure smooth production and achievement of quality and output targets.
• Prepare and update production-related reports.
• Handle manpower matters including planning, disciplinary actions, and performance.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance quality, labor efficiency, and productivity.
• Implement and maintain ISO procedures and company policies.
