Job summary

BizLink Holding Inc is seeking a Production Executive to manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Production Department in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on seamless production, quality targets, and manpower management within ISO framework.

The candidate will resolve daily issues, liaise with departments, and drive continuous process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity. Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• English, Malay and Chinese language skills; Chinese is advantageous.

Job description

The Production Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Production Department within a manufacturing environment. This operational leadership role focuses on ensuring seamless production processes, achieving targeted quality and output metrics, and overseeing manpower management. By resolving daily production issues and driving continuous process improvements, the executive enhances labor efficiency and ensures strict adherence to ISO procedures and company regulations.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Production Department.
• Liaise and resolve daily production issues and order fulfilment with other relevant departments.
• Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production and achieving targeted quality & output.
• Responsible for preparation and updating of production-related reports.
• Manage manpower matters including planning, disciplinary, and performance.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality, labor efficiency, capacity, and productivity.
• To implement and maintain the ISO Procedures.
• Enforce, ensure, and implement the company's policy, rules, and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma or Degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Write and Speak English, Malay, and Chinese.
• Candidate who knows Chinese language will be an advantage.
• Possess good analytical skills.
• Able to make reports & presentations using MS Excel/Power Point.
• Able to cope with a high volume of work, varying workloads, work under pressure, and multitasking.
