Job summary

JINGXIN GROUP (M) SDN. BHD. in Kulai, Johor is seeking a Production Executive/Coordinator to ensure smooth production operations.

You will coordinate activities, manage scheduling, and liaise between departments to meet targets while focusing on safety and continuous improvement. The role requires 2–4 years in production, strong ERP/MS Office skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or Bachelor degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing operations and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities and scheduling across departments.
• Liaise with planning, QA and logistics to ensure seamless production flow.
• Involve manpower planning and monitor worker KPI & production coordination.
• Ensure 5E, Safety & Health and DOSH/JKKP compliance.
• Assist on material planning and cross-department coordination.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production-related reports.
