The Head of Factory is accountable for the overall performance of the manufacturing site, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant, cost-effective, and future-ready operations. The role leads all production, engineering, quality, maintenance, CI, automation and people development activities to deliver business goals and build a high-performance manufacturing culture.

• Lead full factory operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Sustainability targets.
• Own factory-level KPIs including OEE, yield, waste, labour productivity, cost per kg, complaints, downtime, and compliance.
• Drive TPM, Lean, Manufacturing Excellence, and Smart Factory transformation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, IFS, ISO, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong collaboration with Supply Chain, R&D, QA, Engineering, SHE, HR, Finance, Commercial, and Marketing.
• Lead annual operating plan, factory budget, CapEx planning, and cost improvement initiatives.
• Develop leadership pipeline for managers, engineers, executives, supervisors, and technicians.
• Champion automation, MES, SCADA, digital reporting, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision making.
• Lead crisis management for major safety, quality, operational, or supply disruption issues.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 12-15 years in FMCG/ food manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in plant leadership across Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and other relevant plant functions.
• Proven experience managing automated and high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing and sustaining TPM practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong track record in production planning, capacity utilisation, productivity, yield, waste reduction, and cost optimisation.
• Ability to drive operational KPIs, including OEE, production output, downtime, and manufacturing cost.
