Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior production leader to oversee semiconductor manufacturing operations at our Pasir Gudang facility. You will plan output, maintain quality, and ensure safety and SOP compliance while driving lean improvements.

You will manage manpower, collaborate with engineering, QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams, and implement corrective actions to boost productivity and yield in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
• 5–8 years production/manufacturing experience, preferably semiconductor industry.
• At least 3 years in supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor production processes.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Able to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
