Job summary

WG SDN BHD in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated facilities maintenance technician to uphold the integrity of our factory premises and equipment. You will set up machinery according to specifications and ensure smooth operation on the production line.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and maintain accurate records while prioritizing safety at all times. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this role in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of maintenance experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Experience with factory equipment in FMCG settings preferred.
• Able to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain factory premise and facility equipment.
• Set up machines and equipment according to specifications.
• Ensure machine efficiency; troubleshoot and repair faulty tools.
• Conduct planned preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Update and maintain maintenance records.
• Adhere to personal and workplace safety at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Main job role: Responsible for the upkeep of a facility and equipment

Job scope:

Maintain factory premise facility

Set-up machines and equipment according to specifications

Maintain machine efficiency. Trouble shoot and repair faulty tools, equipment.

Conduct planned preventive maintenance on equipment and systems

Update and maintain maintenance records

Other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Be responsible for personal and work place safety at all time.

Requirements:

Manufactures personal care & household cleaning detergent products.
