Carry out assigned tasks to uphold product quality and assist in environmental, safety, and health efforts, as well as the seamless operation of departmental business continuity activities, while adhering to company policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintaining the smooth operation of production through monitoring of process parameters, product quality, and yield performance during shift. Detect and respond to abnormal process conditions or equipment alarms. Escalate issues to engineers/technicians-in-charge and assist in containment actions. Support root cause analysis for process deviations and quality issues. Monitor equipment performance indicators and implement corrective actions to address deviations from performance targets. Involve in new expansion project and new machine installation. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members. Record production data, process logs, and abnormal events accurately. Required : Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical Engineering. Preferred: Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
