You will lead scheduling, quality control, sanitation, shift planning, and continuous improvement initiatives in a 24/7 plant, with emphasis on lean methods and regulatory standards such as HACCP, ISO 14001, and HALAL.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to enforce safety, quality, and GMP/HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize production scheduling with the Production Manager/Superintendent.
• Ensure quality control programs are robust and meet sales orders.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation to meet food safety standards (HACCP, cGMP, ISO).
• Manage shift scheduling and manpower to support 24/7 operations.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety standards (ISO 14001, ISO 18001, etc.).
• Provide accurate production reports and maintain documentation and checklists.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methods and problem-solving tools.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as directed by the Production Manager.
• Manage disciplinary matters professionally and drive team performance.
• Lead production-related projects to successful completion.
