Job summary

Green Image is seeking a Production Executive to oversee daily production activities, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating manpower and materials, monitoring output, and maintaining SOPs.

You will work to meet production targets, identify bottlenecks, ensure hygiene, and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment, with a focus on continuous improvement and food

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a food-related field as listed.
• Prefer at least 1 year of experience in food production or manufacturing.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and quality control practices.
• Experience supervising production staff is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities according to schedules.
• Ensure production targets, output, and deadlines are met efficiently.
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with recipes, specifications, and procedures.
• Identify bottlenecks, wastage, and inefficiencies; propose corrective actions.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of materials and finished products.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, quality, and SOP standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production and order fulfilment.
• Monitor product quality, consistency, and production specifications.
• Conduct regular checks on production areas, equipment, materials, and finished goods.

This position is require for supervising production operations, coordinating manpower and materials, monitoring production output, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and ensuring that production targets are achieved within the required timelines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities according to production schedules and demand.
• Ensure production targets, output, and deadlines are achieved efficiently.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products are prepared according to approved recipes, specifications, and procedures.
• Identify production issues, bottlenecks, wastage, and inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure that production activities comply with Food Safety, hygiene, quality, and operational standards and Quality Management System.
• Ensure production planning, output and goals are achieved.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production and order fulfilment.
• Monitor product quality, consistency, portion control, and production specifications.
• Conduct regular checks on production areas, equipment, raw materials, and finished products.
• Allocate manpower according to daily production requirements.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and work performance.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to production team members.
• Ensure production documentation and SOP records are properly maintained.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Manufacturing, Operations Management, Nutritionist or a related field.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in food production, food manufacturing, or a related industry.
