Job summary

Kwang Li Industry Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Engineer to drive new product and process development, expanding manufacturing capacity at our Pekan Nanas facilities.

You will manage capability, quality and efficiency improvements while designing and drawing jigs/fixtures and selecting equipment to ensure consistent manufacturing. You will design, develop and operate robotic systems across diverse sectors, including automotive and aerospace, and analyze cycle time, capacity, productivity and

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Cert/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Production Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environment with supervisory experience.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Independent, willing to learn and take on challenges.
• Discipline, hardworking and able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and processes including FA/ MPAN submission and expanding manufacturing capacity and capability across company and supplier sites.
• Manage capability development, quality and efficiency improvements.
• Design, draw jigs/fixtures and select equipment/tools to ensure consistency in manufacturing.
• Design, develop and operate robotic systems for multiple industries (auto, aerospace, etc.).
• Analyze cycle time, capacity, productivity and manufacturing costs.
