Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Engineer for the Premix Batching Plant to plan, organize and maintain quality across production processes.

You will ensure compliance with QESH requirements, support regulatory reporting, and drive continuous improvement in quarry and premix operations using strong technical and office skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential to work with cross-functional teams and maintain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in quarry, premix and related building materials operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer technology.
• Knowledge of HSSE, regulatory requirements and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage quality for the Premix Batching Plant.
• Ensure compliance with QESH management system and statutory requirements.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for quarry and premix operations.

Your lmpactful Role as Production Engineer ( Premix Batching Plant ) :

To Plan, Organize & Quality Management - Operation Oriented Mindset

Good reporting System : Regulatory requirements - HSSE, JKKP, DOE, JKR etc

Ensure that the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health (QESH) Management System is in compliance with relevant statutory requirements at all times, including International Standards, local regulations, code of practices and legal requirements.

Technical Knowledge : Identify & Prompt in Troubleshooting

Experience in Quarry, Premix and related building materials operation is an advantage

Proficient with Microsoft office and computer technology
