Randstad Malaysia seeks a Production Excellence professional to drive continuous improvement in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment. You will monitor output, analyze workflows and optimize resource usage to meet quality targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in electronics production, with proven expertise in yield improvement and KPI management.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of operational experience within electronics or high-volume manufacturing environments.
Practical experience driving yield improvement projects and managing core production KPIs.
Background in precision manufacturing or specialized electronic component operations.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative communication approach.

Responsabilidades

Monitor daily output metrics to ensure targets and quality benchmarks are met.
Analyze production workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize efficiency.
Maximize deployment of manpower, machinery and raw materials.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues collaboratively with cross-functional engineering teams.
Execute continuous improvement methods including Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Six Sigma.
