Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks a Production Excellence professional to drive continuous improvement in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment. You will monitor output, analyze workflows and optimize resource usage to meet quality targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in electronics production, with proven expertise in yield improvement and KPI management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of operational experience within electronics or high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Practical experience driving yield improvement projects and managing core production KPIs.
• Background in precision manufacturing or specialized electronic component operations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative communication approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily output metrics to ensure targets and quality benchmarks are met.
• Analyze production workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize efficiency.
• Maximize deployment of manpower, machinery and raw materials.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues collaboratively with cross-functional engineering teams.
