Job summary

SUPER MICRO COMPUTER MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Engineer in Kulai, Malaysia to support manufacturing processes and ensure quality, safety and efficiency on a shift-based production floor.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in engineering, 3–5 years of production engineering experience, and strong knowledge of server hardware assembly with ESD control. Lean/Six Sigma certification and MES/ERP familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in engineering field; relevant certifications considered.
• 3–5 years in production engineering or manufacturing process support.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware assembly and ESD control.
• Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma methodologies; certification preferred.
• Experience with data analysis using Excel or Minitab.
• Familiar with server components and assembly tools.
• Experience with MES or ERP platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced, shift-based environment focusing on safety.
