Job summary

Chipbond Technology Malaysia is seeking a degree-qualified engineer to support production with capacity planning, tooling and manpower calculations, and cross-department project coordination in Penang, Malaysia.

The role involves preparing training materials, implementing employee training, reporting, and maintaining 9S standards on the production line while ensuring discipline and adherence to company policies. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Responsible for equipment capacity planning and calculating requirements for tooling, fixtures, and manpower.
• Prepare training materials; plan and implement employee training.
• Prepare various reports; plan and execute projects (including cross-departmental projects).
• Maintain 9S standards on the production line and manage personnel discipline.
• Carry out tasks assigned by superiors; implement and communicate company policies and directives.
• Prepare and submit purchase requisitions.
