Exis Tech Sdn Bhd, a growing manufacturing company in Malaysia, is seeking a Production Engineer (Manufacturing Specialist) to drive cost reduction, monitor production BOM costs, and implement process improvements. The role requires leading a team, training Assembly Specialists, and coordinating product transfer/expansion projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent, with 3+ years of experience or fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent requested.
• 3+ years of experience preferred or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Detect extra cost in production and develop cost-saving improvements.
• Review machine BOM to remove unnecessary costs.
• Monitor and improve current process flow and procedures.
• Create process flow, work instructions, and check sheets for production control.
• Lead and train Assembly Specialists in new or existing methods.
• Learn and implement product transfer/ expansion projects.
