Agensi Pekerjaan Eternity Sdn Bhd represents a manufacturer specializing in powder metallurgy and precision metal components. We are seeking a proactive Production Engineer to oversee manufacturing operations, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality in Shah Alam.

Responsibilities include production planning support, process optimization, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement to meet targets while collaborating with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's/Diploma in relevant engineering fields.
• 2-3 years in production/manufacturing engineering preferred.
• Experience in powder metallurgy or precision metal parts is advantageous.

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure targets and delivery schedules are met.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor machine performance, production output, material usage, and process parameters.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, waste, downtime, and defects.

• Prepare production reports and analyze manufacturing data to monitor performance.
• Support new product introduction, process validation, and engineering changes when required.

Our Client is a manufacturer specializing in powder metallurgy and precision metal components. The company produces sintered metal parts, self-lubricating bearings, and precision components for various industrial and automotive applications

Salary: RM6500 and above (based experience and capability)

Working Mode: Onsite | 8-5pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Engineer to oversee manufacturing operations, improve production efficiency, and ensure product quality. The successful candidate will support production planning, process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production targets

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering
• Experience in precision engineering, metal component manufacturing, or powder metallurgy will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, production control, and problem-solving techniques
• Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and root cause analysis is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
