Job summary

J&T NAZA ALAM MURNI SDN BHD is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage ARM and AF in cement manufacturing and co-processing. You will oversee heavy processing machinery, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

The role requires 3-5 years in industrial operations, knowledge of ARM/AF, and strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills to drive efficiency and safety on-site.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing operations.
• Experience in cement, waste recycling, heavy processing, or similar industries.
• Knowledge of Alternative Raw Materials (ARM) and Alternative Fuels (AF).
• Experience with heavy industrial equipment and plant operations.
• Good understanding of HSE, environmental and emissions compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage waste-derived fuels, biomass, industrial byproducts, or scheduled waste for cement co-processing.
• Oversee heavy processing machinery including rotary kilns, crushers, conveyors, feeders, and APC systems.
• Track KPIs, reduce process variability, and conduct root-cause analysis using tools like 5-Why or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Monitor emissions, air pollution control, and ensure co-processing safety regulations are met.
• Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards when handling hazardous or alternative industrial waste materials.

About you
