Responsibilities

• Generate and update Production Work Orders from requisitions.
• Prepare daily and monthly production reports based on records and targets.
• Collect production targets for new products from line leaders.
• Enter data into the production tracking log and update WIP slips.
• Maintain machine listings and ensure labels are up-to-date.
• Update downtime records and liaise with Maintenance for documentation.
• Create and update BOMs for new items in the system.
• Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes for departmental meetings.
