Job summary

I Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. is seeking 2 male Production Crew members to join our team in Malaysia. Basic salary starts from RM1,700 and employment starts immediately. This role requires energetic, responsible individuals who can work quickly and accurately in a busy production environment.

Responsibilities include creating banners and promotional items, operating production equipment, and ensuring quality and deadlines. Join a hands-on team with overtime opportunities and monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Male candidates aged 19–28 years old.
• Minimum academic qualification of SPM, STPM, Diploma, SKM, SVM, or equivalent.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willing to learn, follow instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing banners, buntings, posters and other printed materials.
• Handle production and assembly of customised merchandise like keychains, plaques and trophies.
• Assist with printing, cutting, finishing, packaging and quality checking.
• Operate production equipment according to procedures.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety in the production area.
• Assist with stock management and preparation of materials for production.
• Perform other production-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the production of banners, buntings, posters, and other printed materials.

Handle the production and assembly of customised merchandise, including keychains, plaques, medals, trophies, and other promotional items.

Assist with printing, cutting, finishing, packaging, and quality checking of products.

Operate production equipment and machinery according to company procedures.

Ensure all products meet the required quality standards and are completed within the given deadlines.

Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety in the production area.

Assist with stock management and preparation of materials for production.

Perform other production-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum academic qualification of SPM, STPM, Diploma, SKM, SVM, or equivalent.

Male candidates aged 19–28 years old.
