Job summary

Workle Recruitment Agency – Semenyih, Selangor is seeking a site construction/precast production specialist. You will coordinate with operators and batching plant teams to plan daily production and keep operations running smoothly.

You will monitor plant activities, reduce wastage, ensure quality, and verify equipment safety. The role requires reading precast drawings, reporting to the Section Head, and supporting QA/QC, maintenance, stockyard and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Construction.
• Ability to read construction and precast drawings.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily production with operators and batching plant team.
• Monitor plant activities and report to the Section Head.
• Reduce wastage and minimize defective or rejected products.
• Check that products meet quality standards.
• Ensure all equipment is in good, safe working condition.
• Report machine or equipment breakdowns to Maintenance.
• Keep track of consumables and stock levels to the Section Head.
• Keep production area clean and tidy at all times.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Support Quality, Safety and Environment programs to build a safe workplace.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with operators and the batching plant team to plan daily production and keep things running smoothly
• Monitor plant activities and report to the Section Head
• Reduce wastage and minimize defective or rejected products
• Check that products meet quality standards
• Make sure all equipment is in good, safe working condition
• Report machine or equipment breakdowns to the Maintenance Department during casting
• Keep track of consumables and cast-in items, and report stock levels to the Section Head
• Keep the production area clean and tidy at all times
• Follow all company safety rules and regulations
• Support the company's Quality, Safety and Environment programs to help build a safe workplace with zero accidents

Requirement:

• 2–5 years' experience in site construction or precast manufacturing
• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Construction
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, and other tools for reporting)
• Able to read construction and precast drawings
• Understands the precast process: rebar, mould setup, concrete casting, finishing, stockyard arrangement, and delivery coordination
• Good communicator who can give quick feedback and coordinate well with production, QAQC, maintenance, stockyard, and logistics teams
• Punctual, disciplined, and committed to hitting production targets, quality standards, and ongoing improvement
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, and extended hours as needed
• Has own transport
