Teck Guan Group is seeking an organised Production Clerk to support production documentation, stock monitoring and daily factory coordination in Tawau, Sabah. You will handle order processing, GI/GR transactions and maintain records for work orders.

The role requires strong data entry, communication, and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Minimum SPM qualification or a Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong organisational skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Check and process customer purchase orders.
• Prepare and issue production orders, process Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) transactions, and update production reports.
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods.
• Maintain organised physical files and records for work orders.
• Coordinate with supervisors, the factory team and the QA/QC team to minimise delays and ensure smooth daily operations.

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Production Clerk to support production documentation, stock monitoring and coordination of daily factory operations.

Job Responsibilities

Check and process customer purchase orders.

Prepare and issue production orders, process Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) transactions, and update production reports.

Monitor stock levels of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods.

Maintain organised physical files and records for work orders.

Coordinate with supervisors, the factory team and the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) team to minimise delays and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum SPM qualification or a Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.

Preferably 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing or operations administration. Fresh graduates with strong organisational skills are encouraged to apply.

Computer literate, with fast and accurate data entry skills.

Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with factory operators and supervisors.

Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced factory environment.

A quick learner with good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
