Job summary

American Air Filter Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Assistant to support daily production execution, documentation and 5S on the shop floor.

You will help ensure orders are completed on time and provide on-the-job training to workers as needed. You will maintain SAP and hardcopy Work Orders, assist in label printing, and coordinate with related departments to resolve uncertainties. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing and a Diploma or SPM, plus strong problem solving

Qualifications

• Responsible for production execution and on-the-floor support.
• Maintain documentation for Work Orders and related records.
• Ensure 5S and tidiness on the production line.
• Provide on-the-job training to workers as needed.
• Assist in label printing and coordination with departments.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with production workers to ensure orders start and finish on time.
• Highlight abnormalities to management and seek help when needed.
• Support Engineers/Executives/management in task execution.
