Job summary

Hisense Malaysia is seeking a Product Training Specialist to design and deliver training sessions for Hisense TVs and home appliances, in-person, online, and hybrid. You will localize global materials for the Malaysian market and conduct hands-on product demos for sales staff.

You will train retail teams on selling points, engagement techniques, and competitive advantages; share real-world scenarios, support launch events, and track training KPIs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in product training, sales coaching, or retail sales—preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Familiarity with adult learning methods, training tools, and digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, PowerPoint, LMS).
• Passion for technology, innovation, and consumer behaviour.
• Willingness to travel frequently to retail outlets nationwide.
• Strong command of language in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Ability to create training videos, sales scripts, or digital learning contents.

Responsibilities

• Share real-world sales scenarios, objection-handling strategies, and up-selling methods.
• Support launch events, retail campaigns, and product roadshows with training support and related tasks.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and store visits; track KPIs related to training impact.

• Localize global training materials to suit the Malaysian market and retail environment.
• Conduct product demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and role-playing simulations for sales staff and promoters.

• Share real-world sales scenarios, objection-handling strategies, and up-selling methods.

3. Evaluation & Improvement

• Monitor training effectiveness through pre/post assessments, feedback, and store visit evaluations.
• Identify knowledge gaps and create targeted refreshers or skill-boosting modules.
• Track KPIs related to training impact on sell-out and promoter performance.
• Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to align training content with product strategy.
• Prepare monthly training reports, analysis, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with key dealers, partners, and store managers.
