Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Trainer to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs aimed at improving employee skills and performance. You will work closely with department leaders to identify training needs and develop content that supports organizational goals.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering training, creating instructional materials, and evaluating program effectiveness across physical, online, and hybrid formats.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automotive (TVET) or related field required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automotive training.
• Strong understanding of automotive teaching principles and instructional design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for employees.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and manager consultations.
• Create instructional materials such as manuals, presentations, and handouts.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs via evaluations and feedback.
• Deliver practical class and workshop sessions with a hands-on approach.
• Conduct multi-platform training: physical, online, and hybrid classes.
• Provide evaluation rubric and participant logbook.
• Conduct theory and practical tests consistently.
• Track and report on training outcomes to measure success and identify improvements.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed.
