Job summary

TF AMD Microelectronics (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a trainee/associate to support tester handling and test program activities in a leading semiconductor environment.

You will work with Advantest V93k, assist in lot disposition, and contribute to yield and process improvement efforts. The role requires a diploma in mechanical/electrical/electronics/mechatronics, basic English, and 0–2 years of industrial experience with wafer sort knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification required in mechanical/electrical/electronics/mechatronics.
• Basic English reading and writing ability.
• 0-2 years industrial experience in equipment development or maintenance.
• Familiar with equipment operation and basic maintenance of production equipment.
• Experience is wafer sort process.

Responsibilities

• Support Tester Handling (Advantest V93k) and related setup.
• Linux programming and lot disposition support.
• NPI test program manual testing with engineering guidelines.
• Perform low yield/QA verification and lot disposition.
• Troubleshoot test-setup/hardware and perform simple debugging.
• Assist in yield/quality/productivity/improvement projects.
• Assist in new device/system/hardware qualifications and supervision of engineering lots.
• Perform minor test program modification and evaluation.

Job description

Support on Tester Handling (Advantest V93k), Linux Programming, Lot Disposition & Yield analytic.

Support NPI Test Program manual testing with engineering guideline.

Perform low yield/ QA verification and lot disposition.

Trouble-shooting of test-setup/ hardware and perform simple debugging on tester.

Assist in various yield/ quality/ productivity/ product or process, improvement projects.

Assist in new device/ system/ hardware qualifications and supervision of engineering lots.

Perform minor test program modification and evaluation.

Job Qualification's:

Education: Diploma and major inMechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or etc.

Language:Basic English reading and writing ability

Experience:0~2 years’ industrial experience with 0~2 years equipment development or equipment maintenance experience

Familiar with equipment operation and know basic maintenance of production equipment.

Basic communication skill and good learning and feedback ability.

Experience is WAFER SORT process.
