Job summary

Ryt Bank is seeking a Lead Product Manager to build and scale our business banking platform for SMEs, sole proprietors, and growing companies in Malaysia. You will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with sales, engineering, design, legal, compliance, and operations to deliver impactful solutions.

A key focus will be creating a seamless onboarding experience, including eKYB, and managing vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the business banking product roadmap grounded in customer personas (SMEs, sole proprietors, startups, larger businesses).
• Design and deliver an onboarding journey including eKYB, balancing speed, compliance and customer experience.
• Partner with engineering, design, legal, compliance and operations to deliver high quality products at speed.
• Solve core pain points for businesses such as cash flow management, payroll, reimbursements, procurement and payments.
• Manage vendor partnerships to ensure the right technology and accountability.
• Set clear success metrics for every initiative and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Advocate the needs of business customers internally to deliver meaningful products.

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to build and scale our business banking platform. This is not about replicating what exists today, but about reimagining how SMEs, sole proprietors and growing companies manage money in Malaysia. You will focus on the real problems business owners and teams face every day, whether that is a founder struggling with onboarding to a bank account, a finance department looking for better cash flow visibility, or an HR manager processing payroll and reimbursements.

You will own the end to end product strategy and roadmap, working closely with sales, engineering, design, legal, compliance and operations. A key part of your role will be to create a seamless onboarding experience, including eKYB, that sets the tone for how businesses interact with us from day one. You will also manage the vendors that power our solutions, ensuring we deliver the highest standard while pushing for innovation.

This role is for someone who can think big and execute with precision. You will set a bold direction, measure outcomes rigorously and bring in the best ideas from global markets to reshape business banking here.

What you will do

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a senior or lead product manager delivering impactful products in fintech, payments or related industries
• Strong product sense with the ability to turn complex business needs into simple usable solutions
• Deep curiosity about how different types of businesses operate, from sole proprietors to SMEs to larger enterprises
• Comfort in going deep into business workflows and regulations, whether finance, HR or operations, and designing solutions that fit these realities
• Data driven mindset with a track record of defining success metrics and holding teams accountable to outcomes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to align stakeholders across multiple functions
• Experience managing third party vendors and ensuring accountability
• Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working with ambiguity and making tough trade offs
