Job summary

Greenseal Products in Klang Valley seeks a proactive marketer with 2–3 years in construction to build client networks and promote waterproofing products. You will develop marketing plans, respond to inquiries and coordinate with technical teams to meet client specifications.

Travel willingness is required; immediate start is advantageous as you engage Architects, Developers and Consultants to deliver comprehensive marketing solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in the construction field.
• Strong technical competence in related products.
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Existing network with Architects, Developers or Consultants is a plus.
• Able to speak Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Willing to travel and start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong database of Architect Consultant, Developer and Project Buyer to specify products.
• Develop marketing plans and promote the company's products and reputation in the market.
• Monitor and report market and competitor activities and outlook.
• Respond to customer enquiries and perform troubleshooting as required.
• Discuss and take responsibility for specified clients, managing & delivering all marketing requirements.
• Specify Greenseal waterproofing products and prepare proposals based on customer specs and budget.
• Work closely with Marketing and Technical teams to address feedback and complaints.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong database of Architect Consultant, Developer and Project Buyer in order to specify products.
• Responsible for developing marketing plans and promoting of company's products and reputation in market
• To monitor and report market and competitor activities and outlook
• Response to customers enquiries and troubleshooting whenever required
• To discuss and take responsibility for specify clients, managing & delivering all aspects of their marketing requirements
• Required spec-in Greenseal waterproofing products and proposal based on customer specification and budget.
• Work closely with Marketing and Technical team as required by the management to entertain any feedback, complaints by the customer on company's products
• Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements

• Preference at least 2-3 years of related experience in construction field
• Positive attitudes, highly motivated and aggressive person
• Willing to travel based in Klang Valley
• Strong technical competence knowledge.
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to all levels of the audience.
• Have existing network with Architect, Developer, Consultant add advantage
• Able to speak Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Able to start immediately / within short notice will be great advantage.
