Job summary
ETO Markets, a global fintech, is seeking a Product Specialist to drive digital product enhancements across client-facing platforms and internal systems. You will gather stakeholder requirements, prepare PRDs, coordinate development, and oversee UAT and QA to ensure features meet business needs.
You will collaborate with Business Development, Client Experience, Operations, Marketing and Technology, translating feedback into practical product solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, technology, finance or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis or related role.
- Experience in fintech, financial services or digital platforms is preferred.
- Experience preparing PRDs, BRDs, workflows, user stories and functional specs.
- Experience with software development teams and UAT.
- Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Cerdas Konsultasi is hiring on behalf of ETO Markets, a global financial technology company serving clients across international markets through innovative digital solutions and technology-driven services.
We are seeking a Product Specialist to support the enhancement and development of digital products, client-facing platforms, and internal business systems.
In this role, you will work closely with Business Development, Client Experience, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams to gather stakeholder feedback, identify business requirements, prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and coordinate product enhancements from concept through implementation and testing.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting ETO Markets' product initiatives, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring new features and system enhancements are delivered effectively to meet business and user needs.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital products, possesses strong business analysis skills, and has experience translating stakeholder feedback into practical product solutions within a fast-paced fintech environment.
Gather and analyse feedback from Business Development, Client Experience, Operations, partners, and other key stakeholders.
Identify user pain points, operational challenges, and opportunities for product enhancement.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and best practices.
Consolidate and prioritise product enhancement requests based on business objectives and user needs.
Engage closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and improve user experience across digital platforms.
Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), business requirement documents, workflows, user stories, and functional specifications.
Translate business requirements into clear and structured documentation for Technology teams.
Define project scope, business objectives, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Maintain accurate product documentation and change records throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Technology teams.
Coordinate requirement discussions, project updates, and enhancement reviews.
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
Support the planning and rollout of new features, system enhancements, and product improvements.
Work closely with developers and project stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as intended.
Develop testing scenarios and test cases based on approved requirements.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and system enhancements.
Document, track, and follow up on bugs, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Verify issue resolution and ensure solutions meet business requirements before release.
Support post-launch monitoring and user feedback collection.
Monitor user feedback, adoption trends, and product performance metrics.
Analyse stakeholder feedback and recommend product enhancements.
Support ongoing optimisation of digital products, operational processes, and user experiences.
Contribute ideas and recommendations to future product development initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a related role.
Experience within fintech, financial services, digital platforms, payments, or technology-driven businesses is highly preferred.
Proven experience preparing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), business requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
Experience working closely with software development or technology teams.
Hands-on experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system implementation projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and collaboration platforms.
Mandarin language proficiency will be an added advantage due to regional stakeholder engagement.
Experience supporting digital platforms, CRM systems, client portals, payment solutions, or financial technology products.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other product development methodologies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.
Background in fintech, online financial services, digital payments, or technology-enabled financial products will be advantageous.
