Job summary

Brighten Business Consulting Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Product Manager to drive AI-powered product development for Hong Kong and China markets, based at Sunway Velocity, Cheras.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into practical features. Expected to work four days on-site with one work-from-home day weekly. You will translate business needs into product requirements, develop roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage delivery

Responsibilities

• Understand business and user needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Prepare product requirement documents, user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in developing product roadmaps, feature priorities and release plans.
• Coordinate with Hong Kong stakeholders and regional design, development and quality-assurance teams.
• Manage the product delivery process from requirement gathering and development through testing and launch.
• Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, user-acceptance testing and product demonstrations.
• Monitor user feedback and product performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Use AI tools to support research, documentation, ideation, analysis and workflow improvement.
• Keep stakeholders informed about product progress, priorities, risks and delivery timelines.

Job description

Salary: RM6,500–RM7,500 per month
Location: Sunway Velocity, Cheras
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Product Manager to support the development and continuous improvement of digital and AI-powered products serving the Hong Kong and China markets.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, users, designers and technical teams to turn business needs into practical product features. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating across teams and taking ownership of a product from planning through delivery.

You do not need to come from a pure AI-product company. However, you should be comfortable using AI tools in your daily work and be genuinely interested in how AI can improve products, workflows and user experiences.

What You Will Be Doing

Understand business and user needs and translate them into clear product requirements.

What We Are Looking For

Around three years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, digital project delivery or a related role.

Experience working on software, SaaS platforms, web applications, mobile applications or other digital products.

Practical experience preparing requirements, user stories, process flows, roadmaps or release plans.

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments.

Able to communicate professionally in English.

Fluent in either Chinese or Cantonese; candidates are not required to speak both.

Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Comfortable working with designers, developers, quality-assurance teams and business users.

Interested in AI products and willing to use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor or similar platforms.

Able to work four days per week at Sunway Velocity, Cheras.
