Job summary

EVOSCALE SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a pre-sales/product support professional to demo hardware POS and AIDC solutions, and to support the product solution manager with demos and documentation.

You will handle day-to-day demo hardware, provide product presentations, assist customers, and manage technical support issue handling. Candidates have 1-3 years relevant experience and degree/diploma in Engineering, IT or business, with strong Bahasa Malaysia and English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, IT or business.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• 1-3 years pre-sales/product support experience in POS, AIDC, or IT hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-sales activities including product demos of POS and AIDC hardware.
• Support the product solution manager in demos, technical proposals, and documentation.
• Manage day-to-day demo hardware POS/AIDC equipment.
• Provide basic product presentations and assist customer consultations.
• Manage technical support issue handling.
